Oseloka Obi Reacts to Viral Photos With Kent Okwesa
Peter Obi’s son, Oseloka Obi, has finally addressed the viral photos of him with London-based British-Nigerian man, Kent Okwesa.
In his statement, Oseloka stressed that his private life should not be misinterpreted as a political statement simply because of his father’s position.
"I understand that gossip follows those connected to public life, but let me remind you: my father is the one in politics, not me. To assume that my life or choices are somehow political statements is a flawed and childish calculation. I am an actor by profession. Many are surprised, given the businessman, entrepreneur, and economist my father is."
Oseloka further pointed out that the nation is facing major issues such as insecurity, a weakened economy, poor infrastructure, failing healthcare, and corrupt politicians, yet some people choose to focus on gossip about his personal life.
This comes after social media went abuzz with photos of him and Kent Okwesa, sparking various speculations.
