Aisha Wahab, the young Nigerian woman who was seen in a viral video pleading for her life while kidnappers demanded a ₦20 million ransom, has finally regained her freedom. She was abducted in Edo State, and the emotional video sparked nationwide concern.

According to family sources, the ransom was raised by relatives and well-meaning Nigerians, leading to her safe release. Aisha is now back home with her family.
