HOLD THAT DREAM. IT WILL HAPPEN.
I have always dreamed of owning a multi-purpose office — one space that works as a workstation, a creative hub, and a production station. My Head of Finance & Business Development and I have tried many times. We pushed. We failed. We paused. Nothing seemed to work.
Then 2025 happened.
A good friend came to inspect the facility we were staying in and casually mentioned that the entire place—including my office—was going up for lease. I asked when he planned to take it. He said January… and added that I could still stay for now.
I went home restless. What if someone else outbid him? What if this door closed forever?
That night, I told myself something different: “January, I go for my dream.”
The signs were not encouraging. The numbers weren’t smiling. Logic said “wait.” But passion said, “Move.”
Fast-forward to now, I am standing in that same space, fully convinced that it will only get better… and bigger.
Never Let Go of Your Dream
Some of you reading this are just like me. You’re tired. You’re loosening your grip. You’re thinking of letting go.
Please don’t.
Before this moment, I had worked out of rooms and borrowed spaces in five different hotels just to keep the business alive. I reached a point of total exhaustion once. I even gave up on the dream for a while.
But today, I’m genuinely happy.
We are setting up one of the most exciting creative spaces in my city, and this is only the beginning.
